Il sert \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les demandes des utilisateurs, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019incidents, de probl\u00e8mes ou de requ\u00eates. Clarilog permet d\u2019identifier la personne assign\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque ticket, de hi\u00e9rarchiser les priorit\u00e9s et de faire \u00e9voluer un incident en probl\u00e8me si n\u00e9cessaire.
